MasterControls offers a complete line of CNC products. MCI leads with two CNC vendors in order to supply the best solutions for the industry at the most competitive prices. Both our CNC vendors offer an analog interface for legacy drives and a digital interface for the newest drive technology. • The first product is supplied by NUM Corporation. This CNC offer a conventional CNC platform configured with a conventional operator interface or a Windows XP embedded front end (operator interface). This is a high performance CNC that is very strong in the area of part programming. The control is capable of controlling multistation transfer and dial machines (numerous stations via the NUMTransfer product). • The second product is supplied by PowerAutomation (formally MachineMate in the USA). This CNC is a PC based CNC which offers high speed machining and in a Windows XP environment. The CNC is capable of running up to 8 part programs at the same time. Several features along with different product configurations are available depending on the customers needs. MCI uses this control for mill, lathe, grinder, and cutting applications. PowerAutomation in the US is located in the Houston Texas area.
